Throwback Design - Crown Plaza Hotel - Austin Texas

Back in the early days of the internet, circa 2001 in this instance, I was approached by a design company named DC Web Designers who contracted me to design, build, maintain, care and feed a ton of luxury hotel websites.  Most of these hotel websites were for destinations I haven't yet been to, like the Peabody Hotel in Orlando for example; however one hotel I have been to and had the opportunity to design their website was the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Austin.  Now this was circa 2001, so please appreciate the simplicity of the design as that's all there is to describe this, the internet was a much less complex place back in those days and dial-up was our mode of connectivity.
