Throwback Concerts - Russian Percussion Group

As I continue looking through old boxes in storage, every once in a while a flyer pops out that reminds me that 23 years ago, I was doing something completely different. The internet was in its infancy and I learned how to email people "across the pond" and invite them to perform shows in Austin.  After having some success in tracking down DJ Krush and bringing him to Texas, I wanted to bring another first-time-to-Austin artist from abroad and that artist was DJ Vadim.  His work on U.S.S.R. Life from the Other Side was some of the most frequently played across my radio shows during that time (Nothin' You'd Like Radio).  Shout out to Merrick Brown for having a great eye early on and killed it with these flyers.
